migrating info for transfer to new PC

Dear support:

I have a Compaq currently running on WindowsXP. I have purchased a new
Hewlett Packard also running on WindowsXP. I would like to find the easiest
route in transfering data ie: email accounts, documents, pictures etc....
Also am wondering if it possible to transfer downloads such as "gaming
sites".

I would really appreciate any help that you could offer .

1) Use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard from one of your Windows CDs.
2) Burn any downloads you have to CD/DVD to transfer to your new machine.
