Migrating from Windows XP x64 SP2 to Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit

I'm having problems migrating from Windows XP x64 SP2 to Windows Vista
Ultimate 32 bit, I can collect the USMT giles on to an external hard drive
but Vista will not unpack as a whole, and when I try using the Migwiz.exe
file from the Vista CD I get from the Windows XP 64 bit OS that it will not
run on a 32 prgrom.

Any thoughts around this?

I'm running two SATA hard drives independent instal for OS' on same
computer.

When going from 32 to 64 or 64 to 32 bit OS, you MUST do a fresh install
complete with re-partitioning the hard disks.
