Migrating contacts from thunderbird back to outlook

After trying Thunderbird for a year I decided that Outlook has options I need. I need to transfer my contacts back to Outlook, but I don't know how.

Why don't you just export your contacts from Thunderbird as .csv or
..txt and just import them back into outlook?
