Migrating Active directory

hi
i am using win 2000 server with active directory and
exchange 2000 installed on a single machine in a small
scale organization.now my system has been damaged due to
power failure and i am trying to replace it with a new one.
i want that all my users and passwords somehow be
transferred/migrated to new system along with mailboxes
with out any loss of data and avoiding the hassle of
making new accounts again.the new system is also running
win 2000 server. kindly help me out as early as possible.

There is a free Microsoft tool called ADMTv2 that will help with this.
