Migrate users to domain

I have 40+ XP Pro users that need to join a new domain.
When the computer joins the domain a new user profile on
the workstation is created. How do you get all the
applications, settings, email, and user rights to either
be copied or duplicated to the domain user profile? I've
used the Files Transfer Wizard, that gets some stuff but
the user rights are the bigger issue.

Log on as an administrator. Use system properties, advanced, user profiles
and copy the users local profile to the users domain profile.
