migrate outlook 2000to computer running windows xp

How do I migrate the contacts and messages from my old
computer (Windows 98 and Outlook 2000) to my new computer
which runs Outlook 2000 with Windows XP. I have the pst
files from my old computer.

If not networked, copy the .pst file to a floppy or cd
then use import in the Outlook 2000 from that floppy to
import your prior data. I just got finished doing the
very procedure.
