migrate existing W2K domain controler to new hw

hi,

I have old (however, working) W2K server.
This server is acting as domain controler, exchanger server and DNS
forwarder.
Now, I have bought new hardware, and I wolud like to "clone" my old
server to new hw platform.
I wolud like, also,to preserve my domain name, and server name.

using ntbackup is not a RECOMENDED way by ms, so any other ideas ?
