Migrate and rename Print server

We used the printer migration utility to migrate 30
printers from an old W2k file/print server to a new W2k
file and print server.

If we rename the old server to Server_old and give the
new server the original server name and IP address will
users still need to delete their old printers and add
them again?

We were hoping that this migration/rename would be
transparent to end users could then just keep their old
printer mappings.

as long as the printers are shared out from the printserver with the same
names, and the new printserver has the same printer definitions and
configurations, then it should be transparent to the end users.
