might want to add fdminst (free download manager) to "known apps" list?

defender 'flags' 4 registry items (some, or all, are ie extensions)
first item, and maybe others, is/are unsigned. so that may be a complication to listing?
 
If they are just shown as "unknown"--that's to be expected. Join Spynet as
an advanced member, and record your choices on them.
