Middle Row = Header Row?

Can you somehow designate a row in the middle of a table as a repeat header
row? I have a few introductory rows that I'd like to keep attached to my
Word table before the row (the fourth row of the table) I actually want to
repeat at the head of the page.

Any way to do this?

Not literally, no. Word can only repeat the first (or a group starting
with the first) row.

Split the table at the row that you want to repeat, and format the
paragraph mark between the two tables to a font size of 1 pt. It will
barely be noticeable that the tables aren't connected.
