I have removed this threat numerous times yet it keep
coming back. Any ideas how to deal this problem

Adaware have Midaddle in latest signature, worth a try.

Be sure to "check for updates" when you run Adaware.

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-
ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recognize.

I have the same problem on Midaddle and Vx2. I hope on
the full / non-beta versions, there is a function that
allows you to always remove in addition to always
ignore. Having to deal with the pop-up message for
Midaddle every 10 minutes is really frustrating. Overall
the program is a lifesaver though.
