MIdADdle Adware....HELP

How do you get MidADdle Adware off your computer and keep
it off.
It only removes it for the session.
All my antiSpyware McAfee, MicrosoftBeta, AVG, Spybot
does not remove it permenatly.
The thing keeps reinstalling itself as soon as I start up
again.
Also how do I remove Search-Exe Adware

I see your response to the se.dll message which I take to indicate that your
are on track to get this taken care of.

Your best bet would be to startup in safe mode and clean
it off. Take note of all the places this beta tool tries
to remove it from the registry and other areas.

Once in safe mode, delete it all and run the tool again.
