Micrsoft Word 2003 - Normal Template

I set up as my default envelope size DL and use my own address as my return
address. See Tools / letters and mailings / Envelopes and Labels.
After a while this default is removed and the envelope size reverts to size
10 and my return address is removed.
I use System Mechanic 6 to keep my computer in good runing order.
How can I set this default permanently?

Does System Mechanic "clean" the Registry in some way? All the information you
list is stored in the Registry, so something is wiping that part of the
Registry...

Cindy,

Thanks for the tip. I asked System Mechanic people to send me info on how to
prevent the registery being cleaned for the Word template. This they have
done and having followed the instructions I am keeping my fingers crossed
that all will be OK from now on.

Thanks for the tip which got me on the right path.
