Microsot Visual Basic error

I recently reinstalled Office 2003, plus udates. When I access Outlook or
Word, I get the following error message. "Microsoft Visual Basic compile
error in hidden module: AutExec."
When I click help, the solution is unintelligible to me.
Everything appears to work fine, but error messages drive me nuts. How do
I get rid of this?
