Microsoft's update rollup 1

If you already have downloaded all the previous hotfixes,
security patches, and critical updates. Should you
download the rollup 1 package??
 
This depends on what you use them for.
With one machine, if you already have installed all
security bulletin patches through ms03-039 then the
rollup will not add any new security patches, but it
does have two non-security patches included that you
may or may not have installed from Windows Update.
