I would like to thank whomever sent the answer to my question of where I
could find OUtlook Express from my transferring files.

I have it but cannot execute send/receive. I get the following error message
0x800OCCOE is the number, "no socket error" Whatever does that mean?
I can read old messages up to 3/12 but cannot get new mail

Disable you AV incoming and outgoing email scanner.
