You will need to explain your problem a lot better for
others to really know what you are "on about"
What windows version?
What internet browser?
How do you normally connect o internet...dial up or broadband etc?
What error messages if any do you get.
What did your ISP (knology) actually say? and about what did they say it?
etc., etc., etc.
