microsoft works suite

I am trying to figure out how to just write letters, like
formal letters and resumes. I can not find it in
Mircrosoft Suite. Does it exist, like WORD, and how do I
find it? Thank you.

Click on START, click on ALL PROGRAMS and see if it's not under Microsoft
Word.
