microsoft works product key

used to work and now it doesnt so i can't load my program after reformatting
my hard drive and i can't get the work done that needs done.

i verified the numbers over 5 times they are right but iit says they are wrong

what gives and what can i do

Get at least 3 other people to read the numbers to you as you insert them.
The numbers on the disk certificate are almost always right.
