Microsoft Word XP and tracking changes

I work in a law office where Office XP is used extensively to create and
modify documents. The option for tracking changes is used by al the lawyers
in this office so that they can change a document, email it someone to review
those changes, and then email it back with additional changes. This works
without any problems. My question involves creating a document from an
existing document that has changes throughout it. Is there a way to make
this new document become one that is like an original without showing all the
changes that were done to it, more or less taking that old document withall
it changes and creating a new document with none of the tracking from the old
one.

Hi Jack-

One option... Accept/Reject the doc changes as appropriate, Save As
whatever. Just make sure to use _Save As_ , not Save! The original wil still
reflect the mark-up, but the new copy won't.
