MICROSOFT WORD: RECOVERING CORRUPTED TABLES

I REC'D. MSG. STATING A TABLE BECAME CORRUPTED AND TO
RETRIEVE DATA...CHOOSE THE TABLE & "CONVERT TABLE TO
TEXT" IN THE TABLE MENU? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? HOW DO I
LOCATE THE CORRUPTED TABLE?

The corrupted table is part of a document that you are opening.. highlight
the table and then click on the 'Table' tab and select 'Convert'

Also fix the CAPS problem.. the CAPS LOCK key is stuck maybe..
