Microsoft Windows Network File and Print Sharing

I cannot use my printer etc I get a message 'printer spooler not working'
also 'Microsoft Windows Network and Printer Sharing needs enabling. I have no
entry in the Dail up and Virtual Network Settings to enable! I have no
problem with my internet connection
 
You need to give more information:
Is it a local or network printer that you can't print to?
Have you checked the Spooler service to see if it's started?
