Microsoft Web Sites & Internet Radio is in Chinese Characters

May I know why is it that whenever I access Microsoft Office Update website,
or even internet radio stations, media players, etc., it's all shown in
Chinese characters?

How can I change it back to English. My Regional Setting, Location and
keyboard are all in U.S.

Would appreciate some advice, thank you very much.

Try checking Internet Explorer option.

Tools -> Interlnet Options-> General Tab

Click on Language button.

"English" must be very top of the list. If not, use "Move up" button to move to top of the list.

Have also checked the IE settings but the problem still persists. Anyway, a
reinstallation of the OS has resolved this. Thank you for the reply.
