I receive Runtime error

Application has requested runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
This message appears after my file system has been blocked for up to 7
minutes!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This process is belonging to Nero 7 Burning software, try to Update or
Uninstall the software then Reinstall, it may corrupt or damaged.
Also run a scan on you computer for malwares and Viruses to be sure all clean.
Run Disk clean up and clear your Temp.

NmIndexsvr.exe is related to Nero Scout that is installed with Nero 7 CD\DVD burning software. This is a non-essential program. It may take up lots of CPU resources and degrade the performance of your computer. You can safely disable it by disabling Nero Scout.
