Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

When opening Windows Explorer I get the following message:

"Runtime Error

Program: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more infomation."

Any ideas?

i am getting the popup at all times mine reads
c:\programfiles\msn\msnia\cc\msncc\wa\msnaccell,exe have called everyone
under the sun no help at all any one know whats going one?
