Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error

Same fault as a few previous members have reported I'm
afraid. Thought it may be a Profile or Permissions related
issue but seem to have exausted that avenue. Does anyone
know how to resolve this. Please...
OS NT 4.0 when loged on under Administrator or even when
admin privelages are given to the local user IE works fine.

Without Administrator privelages IE will not launch and
will report: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime
Library, runtime error on Program Files/Internet
Explorer/iexplore.exe

I tried searching for possible solutions, I found similar
problems but with other applications, not with
iexplore.exe.

Parry,

Just to let you know, I resolved mine by doing system
restore to a particular time when I could still launch
IE, it was resolved, though it was at the expense of some
of my applications and saved data.

What caused the problem? I still don't know. I would
appreciate if you could share with us once you get hold
of the solution.
