Microsoft Visual C++ Program Runtime Error

When I insert my Kodak picture card into my HP Printer/crad reader -
get a message Program Runtime Error
Program...iles\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\Unload\hpqPhUnl.exe
abnormal program termination

I have reinstalled the HP software with HP expert help but I still ge
the messag
 
Hi ,


Please try to uninstall the software again.
Try to download the latest version of the software and install it.

The error should not occur once we install the latest software and try
transferring images using HP Director


Please let me know if it doesn't work:)
