Microsoft Virtual Machine

I have downloaded Homestead website builder on to my New
Pentium 4 running Xp Professional. The Download was
successful and when I click the Icon to start I get:

ERROR messg, Unable to start the application.
The Microsoft Virtual machine can not be found.
Class not registered.

Please can some one give me help and guidance to the
above.

Sounds like you'll either have to track down SP1 for XP (not SP1a) or go
with the Sun variation. SP1a does not do Java as per a court order.
