Microsoft Virtual Machine

I am running Windows XP Home SP 2 with IE7. Windows update tells me that I
need 816093 security update for Microsoft Virtual Machine. When I tell it to
update, it says it can not because virtual machine does not exist on my PC.
I have Java J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 9 installed on my machine.
Why does it keep saying that I need this critical update?
 
hard to say,
but if your machine is
running fine, then
simply use the "don't
show this update" option
the next time the update pops up.
 
As part of Microsoft's settlement to Sun, regarding the Java, they must stop
creating/distributing the Virtual Machine. If you are using the Sun Java,
then you can safely ignore this update.
