Microsoft Virtual Machine

I recently upgraded from FAT32/Windows ME to NTFS/XP Pro.
Now, some web pages won't load properly - I get an Install
On Demand message which takes me to the Windows Update
site, and have downloaded all critical updates and SP's,
but still no Microsoft VM in the "Internet Options" -
"Advanced" settings list.

Anyone had similar problems or can suggest a cure?

stopping distribution because of a court order:

I ve seen JVM only in WindowsUpdate page. Is that a full version or only a
upgrade.

That is an update to what is already installed.
The full version is no longer available from Microsoft.
