Microsoft Streets & Tips 2004 unable to find address

I am using Microsoft Streets & Tips 2004.
My computer is running on Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Office 2002.
When I perform a "Find" of an address, this program found it, but
encountered error. The the problem quits.

Best solution is to uninstall, then reinstall the program.

Done that.
Actually I was using Microsoft Streets & Tips 2003.
It was working well for over 2 years.
But last week, it have this problem and I cannot perform any "Find" of an
address.
So I purchased the new Microsoft Street & Tips 2004.
I install and remove and re-install it again.
It has the same problem and problem just stop and exit.

It's not a general problem between XP and S&T04. I use Streets &
Trips 2004 all the time on my XP box and have never once experienced
any problems with it.

And I state again, just like I did the last time you posted this: I
have used S&T 2004 since it came out with no problems at all. I have
it running in the background right now, and just planned out a trip
with it.

This is a problem with YOUR computer, not a problem of the OS and
Software package in question.
