Microsoft response to floppy problems in XP?

Somebody provided a link two or three months ago to Microsoft's answer about
floppy problems in XP. It may have been in the MS Knowledge Base, but I don't
recall precisely. The gist was that people may be removing floppies before the
green light is off and not allowing formatting to complete. I've searched the
KB, but can't find it. Does anybody recall this and know where I might find it?

Searching the group for "floppy" in Google doesn't turn up the link.

You don't really say whay your issue is.
The best bet is to go to the knowledge base and take a look at issues
related to floppy. There are quite a few.

Thanks, but I'm having no particular issues. I mentioned this article and
somebody wanted to see it. Reread my OP and you'll see I did mention I had
searched the KB, but couldn't find the article I had seen earlier.
