microsoft.puclic.access regulars, any of you use google groups?

Do any of you use google groups to read this group? I found a bug,
reported it, they sent me an email recently that they fixed it. What I
am seeing might be related or not to that bug.

I am seeing replies or comments that are replies that are on their own
thread. IE someone replied to something and the original post or posts
aren't there. I thought this may be due to the fact that the original
posts got deleted. But it's been happening more and more lately.
However it seems only to this group, therefore I am inclined to think
more posts lately are getting deleted than some weird anomoly.

Just curious if anyone has noticed this or not.

Practically all regular newsgroup posters use a newsreader like Agent or
Outlook Express to read and post to the newsgroups. Any other method is
ridiculously slow by comparison. At any rate, your comment is off-topic here
as we use this newsgroup for Microsoft Access questions.

Ahh, but my topic is about this group as I noted I've been noticing
this more in this group then elsewhere. So this is more of a topic
about this group.

Anyway, have any of you noticed this? Even with a newsreader?

Many of you missing on the power of google groups, huh? I switched
from xnews to google groups do to the powerful tracking and searching
utilities.

This usually occurs because someone is responding to a post
(usually through Google) that is quite old and is no longer
on Microsoft's NG servers. Since the original message is
no longer on the server(s), the message appears by itself.

Think of it as an orphaned record.

Ok, that makes sense I just wanted to make sure. The original bug I
found was related to how messages were displayed.
