Microsoft Publisher Upgrade

I currently use Microsoft Publisher 98 on Windows XP and would like to
upgrade to Office Publisher 2003 (I already have Office 2003). Will the
Publisher 2003 Upgrade suffice or do I need to buy the more expensive full
Publisher 2003 program?

Yes, you can use the upgrade, Publisher 98 qualifies for the upgrade.
