Interestingly, it doesn't appear if you set your location to UK. Changing
it to USA causes the software to show up (and maybe other countries too -
didn't try).

That confirms what I've noticed too, RMC...

If you go to the MS Office site and search for templates and stuff,
we'll see a selection when the page is launched using the "gb" link.
When you change it to the "us" version, you see tonnes of extra ones.
