Microsoft Picture It! 9 software download?

I have Microsoft Picture It! 9 Photo Premium on my old computer and REALLY
like the program for the editing of my digital pictures. I just acquired a
new computer, which apparently doesn't have it. Where can I find a download,
or is it possible to transfer the program from my old computer to my new one?
 
If it isn't OEM, AND you have the CD, simply install it on the new PC
after removing from the old one.
