After using Windows 2KPro Update feature and installing
the all of the patches and updates thatI have missed, I
find that MS Photo Editor crashed when I attempt to
print. Did the exact same updates on my office PC and
Photo Editor prints fine. The major difference between
the two is the version of MS Office (XP vs 97), however my
laptop has Office XP and it works okay at the office, but
crashes at home.
I have completely uninstalled my printer and its toolbox
(HP DeskJet 1220Cxi) software, rebooted, and reinstalled
from the lastest HP CD. Still no change. I suspect the
HP printer driver, but they're as responsive as Microsoft.
Anyone else experience this?
