Hi,
I didnot explain myself to well, I had Windows xp installed/Activated
and installed Windows Vista Home Premium Upgrade Version.Installed
the upgrade and had a bad install, then reinstalled on a clean
install, Now it will not let me activate windows, How can I fix this?

Try activating again and select the activate by telephone option. This will
put you in touch with someone who can help you get the system activated.
