This morning I could not get Microsoft Outlook on my
computer. I never had that probledm before. What can I do
about it? I cannot get e-mails at this time.
 
I'm hoping that you mean it doesn't start... try start | run | type:
outlook.exe /safe | ok button. If it starts, you most likely have a
corrupted outcmd.dat file. Just rename this find to outcmd.bak (or delete
it) when you have Outlook closed.

ps - steps are for microsoft outlook which is part of microsoft office.
outlook express is a different animal...
