Microsoft Outlook

I'm having the same problem with Office XP Pro. After the
splash screen, I get an hourglass for about thirty
seconds, then Outlook quits. This behavior does not occur
in any of the other Office applications.

I removed and reloaded MSFT Office Professional 2000.

When I click MSFT Outllook , the hourglass comes on and

Prior to this it was working fine. What could be the
