The bosses outlook was fine but now its hangs when opening attachments and it
stops responding am thinking of increasing memory since my boss has a lot of
mails on his personal folder almost 8GB what is the solution to this. Its
really frustrating Him.
 
It's hard to say without any configuration details whatsoever.
When opening attachments is slow, it could also be caused by your virus
scanner or by the program that you are trying to open your attachments with.

Also i have noted that it pops up the passorwod windowadvicing him to put his uasername and password to recconect to the server

However when you do a ping reply to the server the connection is stable what
is the problem
