I am unable to keep more than 30 days worth of appointments on my calendar.
For example I currently only have from Oct. 26 to Nov. 26. I need to know how
to make a settings change to allow me to keep all my appointments for at
least a year in the past.

Outlook is not a Windows function - you will get a much better answer if you
repost in an Outlook group.....

Post in a group with the word OUTLOOK in the title. Notice this group
lacks that word.
