Carolyn

I just got A new Computer that has Windows XP. I have
installed all my stuff, and for some reason, when I try
to send e-mails from Outlook, I get a error message

No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.

I have checked everything against my old laptop and the
only thing I have noticed that is different is when I
select options from the Tool's menu, there is no provider
in the E-Mail tab. How does this get populated?

I hope someone can help as I have been working on this
all day!!

Thanks!!

Have you setup your email account ?
Click on Tools, Email Accounts. You need to know your ISP's Pop and SMTP
settings.
