I've written in a few days ago but don't believe I've had an answer yet.

I need to know what I've to do to rid this prompt of 'A program is trying to
access your email addresses...' each time I clicked 'new', 'reply' or
'forward' an email.

Sending error report produced information that this is a WinFax Pro problem
and I'm directed to the website of Symantec. I haven't a clue what's
happened. I tried a 'run' and 'search' to locate this program of WinFax Pro
but there isn't such a program in my system.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.

Thank you.
