How do you configure MS Outllook to display the recipients Display Name and
email address on the address line.
 
Dear,
Are u talking about the automatic name checking feature- make sure that is
selected in "tools- options- email options-advance email options-automatic
name checking". In the address bar just type the first character(first 3
character in OL2002) of the email then the rest will come up, then chose.

Hi,
I would like to configure Outlook so that the recipient's name and email
address are displayed in the "To" field and not just their Display name
