Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool?

I downloaded and installed the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup
tool for Outlooks 2003. It said that it was installed successfully but when
I open Outlook and pull down the file menu there is no "Backup" item listed
to choose as Microsoft's instructions say there should be. I tried it twice
with the same result. Yes, Microsoft verified that it was a legal install
of Outlook on my computer. Suggestions please.

If rebooting doesn't help, in Outlook, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced
Options>COM Add-Ins. If you don't see "Outlook Backup Addin" there, click
Add, browse to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins, select outbak.dll, and
click OK until you're out of all the dialogue boxes. Stop and restart
Outlook. Check the File menu again.

The addins folder is under Office 11 but there is no outbak.dll there.

Search your hard drive for it, enabling hidden files and folders. If you
don't find it, then remove mention of the backup from the registry and
reinstall it.
