Microsoft Outlook online login

When I use Microsoft Outlook online
(mail.goldwell.ca/exchange) I get the login page. Then I
type in my Username & Enter. Then a pop-up
appears "Connect to mail.goldwell.ca" in which I re-enter
my Username and Password. Thats when it all stops. I
assumed the server was offline because sometimes it works
and othertimes it doesn't. I have tried on other
computers with no problems, therefore I am sure that it
is my computer as there have been no other complaints to
the administrator. Please help if you can.
