Microsoft Outlook on iPAQ

I received a new iPAQ for Christmas. I am trying to get
my email from my hotmail account. I can see my folders
that can from a sync with my laptop but they contain no
emails.
There are options to setup either a POP3 or IMAP4 account
but I need to find out the name of the Hotmail POP server.
 
Hotmail isn't accessible by POP3 or IMAP.
