Outlook 2000, OS: XP Hom
Started getting this condition about a week ago. Uninstall re-install does not fix. I'm not sure if this is an Outlook issue or something else since I'm having a similar issue with another program, Print Key

Try creating a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Created a new profile, but the result is the same.

Rename the file then do a reinstall of office
