Microsoft Outlook Express

Can someone please help me. In my email Outlook Express I
am unable to view any attachments that are sent to me.
Everyone comes up with the message "Outlook Express OE
removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your
mail". I know these attachments are safe what can I do to
resolve this.
